Typography is both a bane and blessing for designers. In all designer’s mind (admit it) there’s this thought that if all else fails, we can always fall back on Typography. However, ask any designer, and they will all have a love hate relationship with typography. Typography is an art in itself. The art of creating design based around mere fonts. And it is for this reason that it is such a difficult art to master, and yet when done right, would create aesthetics that is as endearing as any we’ve seen.
And if you think that Typography design for print is a pain, then typography in web design is even more so. You can check out some of these fonts here http://www.google.com/webfonts)
However, if you look around, there are sites out there that manage to work around all the limitations to come up with some great websites.
