You noticed the deliberate crossing of cynical, it was to reflect that Singaporean businesses have started to employ the Internet as a marketing tool instead of dissing it as a fad. However, there is still much to do in way of embracing it as they would print or other “traditional” media.

I was wondering in your if in your first paragraph, you meant to cross out cynical and replace with skeptical deliberately. If so, why?
